The company Lindi-Al Shpk in its early beginnings was called "VELLEZERIT DEDJA" because it was founded by three brothers Dedja in 1991. On 25 May 2000 the registration of the company as a legal company (shpk) was made in the respective bodies named "VELLEZERIT DEDJA" shpk. Since 2000 until 2011, this company has recognized only successes and has extended its activity throughout the Albanian territory in field of trading with a majority and minority od different kind of food products.

This company, thanks to its work, dedication, customer service, affirmed itself as a very good and successful company not only in the Albanian territory, but also in many Balkan countries, Europe, Asia etc., becoming a very successful representative of them.

unanimity decided to change the name of the company from "Vellezerit Dedja" shpk to "LINDI-AL" shpk (so the company that is called nowadays "Lindi-al" shpk is the continuation of "Vellezerit Dedja" "Shpk with all its composition and its structures).

After 2011, the company "Lindi-AL" to be better positioned in the market, added joint ventures and their capital, and at the same time worked hard for the expansion and strengthening of trade relations all over the world with the motto: Get the new partner and respect it. but dont forget the old ones."

An excellent work was done on the establishment and expansion of trade relations with the neighboring countries, especially with many factories in Kosovo,where a special place in our business cooperation is with the Fruits Factory, the Golden Eagle Power Producer, with the factory from Macedonia, Italy, Turkey, Bulgaria, China, Indonesia, Thailand etc.

Today we can say that: This company has its partners from all over the world and is recognized throughout the history of its business relationship for the correctly and the successful partnerships.

As a result of this highly qualified work a the company's results have beenvery good, making it possible to increase for each year the capital and its inventisment. Today, in its ownership, there are many properties, investments and capitals such as: magazine, bars , market, movable property etc.

Also, to make it possible to successfully complete all of these business operations, the company '' Lindi-al '' is counts in its composition a number of 80 workers.

The company '' Lindi-al '' today with its commercial activity is located in the entire Albanian territory, the company's headquarters with its completed warehouses in December of 2015 with a storage system and a contemporary supply with a surface of 12.0000 m2 is located in Kukes, in this town owned by the owner are numbered: '' Lindi-al ''supermarkt with its surface of 550 m2 and a very contemporary Bar called "BERLIN" etc.

To help with its commercial activity today, the company has many magazines and subsidiaries in many cities in Albania such as: Warehouse in Tirana,warehouse in Durres, Lushnje, Lac, Elbasan, Shkoder etc. In its logistic form, today 56 vehicles are owned by the company, such as trucks, vans, cars etc. "Lindi -Al" Company in the Albanian market and more widely is known as a representative of companies and products with well-known international brands, besides many other products, it is known as the representative of the energy drink 'GOLDEN EAGLE', a well known drink in Albania and Kosovo market as well in the international one.

The Lindi-AL company has expanded the scope of trade and is focused in another direction. Since 2012 it has opened another branch in the trading of lubricant replacement parts for the branch car which has been very successful.
