I've been working with Logical Albania Team since January 2022, and it is amazing the professional growth I have encountered during this period. I've come up with new ideas and initiatives which were supported and implemented. But at the same time, I've found all the needed space to try things that were not always as successful as expected, but still, the support and encouragement to keep going have been inspiring.
